Sermon Research

Hey, all! I’m writing a sermon for Sunday entitled “Good Sex.” And I want to have Venn Diagrams. What are three things that you think add up to good sex? I’ll include them in the sermon, if they’re good!
Thanks!

mutual care
honesty
I can’t think of a 3rd! Most everything for me falls under mutual care.
I don’t think commitment is necessary, as long as you both care about what you’re doing and you’re honest about it. There is always some level of emotional attachment.

Am I late to the party?

1. Honesty
2. Joy
3. Respect
I really do think the word “joy” applies. Def. #2 of joy from Merriam-Webster: “a state of happiness or felicity.”
I’d add numbers 4 & 5 if I could, but it’d take too long to explain gorilla suits and riding crops in this context.

1. Love
2. Desire
3. Trust
Those are my top three, but 3A, 3B and 3C would pretty much match Steve’s…..except for the gorilla suits and riding crops……everyone know whipped cream and chocolate sauce ranks higher….

Well done! I’m pretty sure I’m going to use all of your comments, except, perhaps Steve’s, about the gorilla suits and riding crops, and maybe Dave’s, about whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
Thanks!
